High Construction Speed
Using a UCM mobile factory, a 1,000 square meter structure can be built within 24 hours. Using the high fabrication speed and panel seaming, a crew of 10 to 12 workers can build and erect nearly 100 arched panels in a single day.

Due to the high speed, the cost of building using a UCM machine is less than that of a conventional or pre-fabricated building.

On-Site Manufacturing
The UCM mobile factory is taken directly to a construction site to completely build the project, saving shipping costs incurred by shipping the building materials from the factory to the construction site.

Mobility and Access to Remote Areas
Our trailer mounted UCM factories are easily towed by an ordinary vehicle to any area and easily put into operation immediately upon arrival.

No Structural Columns, Beams or Trusses Required
The UCM arches are designed to be completely self-supporting, and do not require support structures like those needed in standard steel frame buildings.

Manpower savings
A crew of 10 to 15 trained operators can erect a 1,000 square meter building in a single day using this arch steel roof machine. Users can build their UCM buildings using steel or aluminum, and pre-painted in a variety of color options. We also stock most of our coils and can immediately ship them with the unit to the construction site.
